Special Meeting on Reauthorization of Article 15A and Local Law 1
A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR EVERYBODY
Members of the New York Building Congress are invited to a special meeting about the Reauthorization of Article 15A and Local Law 1 that expanded the New York State and New York City MWBE programs. The NYC Local Law 1 rules will be finalized by December 1, 2019. NYS MWBE rules go into effect January 1, 2020 and Workforce rules by mid-January.
